Outburst mass passenger flow refers to large and rapid convergence and dissipation of passenger flow occurring in urban rail transit stations within a short period of time,which exceeds the passenger flow that can be dealt with by the daily transportation organization scheme and normal passenger transport facilities.With the continuous holding of large-scale events and increase of urban population,the passenger flow of urban rail transit keeps increasing,which intensifies the formation of outburst mass passenger flow and makes the study of transportation organization scheme of outburst mass passenger flow more urgent.Train stop scheme and timetable are the key of transportation organization scheme and the optimization research has theoretical and practical significance.The main content of the paper is as follows:(1)Combined with the existed research results and the current situation of urban rail transit operation,this paper defines and classifies the sudden large passenger flow,expounds the commonly used transportation organization scheme,analyzes the factors influencing the timetable,improves the genetic algorithm and forms an adaptive genetic simulated annealing algorithm.(2)Taking the single urban rail transit line as research object,the departure time of departure station as decision variable,the departure interval,train capacity and others as constraints,the sum of passenger travel expenses and the operating unit of urban rail transit operating expenses as optimization objective.An optimization model based on unbalanced departure interval was constructed.The results of calculation example show that the optimized model saves the total cost and carries out the sensitivity analysis of the number of rolling stock,conversion coefficient of time value and conversion coefficient of travelling mileage.(3)Taking the single urban rail transit line as the research object,the departure time and train stop sequence of the departure station as decision variables,safety tracking interval,departure interval and others as constraints,the minimum total travel time of passengers as the optimization objective.An optimization model of train operation mode based on cross-station stop scheme is constructed.The results of calculation example show that the optimization model saves the total travel time of passengers and gives a timetable and train stop sequence.
