| Outburst mass passenger flow is the flow which gathered a large number of passenger in urban rail lines or stations in a short time. How to guarantee the normal operation under this situation is becoming an urgent problem for the government. With the increasing of urban population and prosperity of business, passage flow of urban rail transit is growing rapidly, which exacerbates the formation of mass passenger flow in some lines and stations. The frequently held international competitions and sports races make it worse. The study on operational organization under outburst mass passenger flow becomes more urgent. The stop-schedule plan is one of the elements of operational organization. An optimal study is the most appropriate and effective solution for outburst mass passenger flow. Therefore, a study considering both classification and characteristics of mass passenger, comparing different stop-schedule plans, has very important theoretical and practical significance.This paper deals with the present situation of mass passenger flow operation of urban rail transit in China. First, it classifies and analyzes the characteristics of the outburst mass passenger flow. Next, based on the passenger flow forecasting, this paper discusses the difference between outburst mass passenger flow and ordinary daily passenger flow. It brings a four-stage forecast model for outburst mass passenger flow during large-scale activities. Meanwhile, based on basketball games in the Wukesong Indoor Stadium, this paper forecasts the mass passenger flow of Wukesong station of subway line1and proposes the operational organization measures.Then, this paper introduces different types and characteristics of stop-schedule plan of urban rail transit and has a comparative analysis about the advantages and disadvantages of them. From the perspective of operation and organization efficiency, the paper proposes the objective of optimal stop-schedule, and builds the basic optimal models for different stop-schedule plan. Finally, this paper analyzes the abnormal operation organization of rail transit system under outburst mass passenger flow. Based on the outburst mass passenger flow, this paper concludes the operation organization measures for any abnormal operation events. |
