| Objective:To investigate the effect of yin xing da mo injection on super oxide dismutase? lactatedehpdrogesase and glutataldehyde in rats with lower limb sketetal muscle ischemia reperfusion injury, and light microscope changes of skeletal muscle. Methods:The experimental models of lower limb ischemia reperfusion injury were established in36Wistar healthy adult rats that were random divided into control group and experimental and treatment group, every group have12rats. The level of MDA, SOD and LDH were measured respectively in the plasma. The change of issue structure of gastrocnemius muscle were observed with light microscope in every group also. Results:The content of SOD in experimental group (221.01±20.95) were significantly lower than that of the control group (253.69±22,97). But the content of SOD in treatment group (242.96±23.79) was obviously higher than that of the experimental group (221.01±20.95).And the MDA of experimental group (12.25±1.98) in the plasma were significantly higher than that of the control group(6.79±2.24). But the MDA levels of treatment group (9.81±2.42) in the plasma was obviously lower than that of experimental group (12.25±1.98)?In the light microscope examination, the skeletal muscle injury of experimental group was of a severe degree than that of the control group and the skeletal muscle injury of treatment group was a milder degree than that of experimental group. Conclusion:Yin xing da mo injection might have protective effect on lower limb skeletal muscle in rats. |
