The 18th CPC National Congress put forward that to establish a health system with Chinese characteristics,and gradually achieve the target that everyone can enjoy the basic medical and health services,improving their health,making full use and optimizing the allocation of the existing medical and health resources.So some public hospitals should be systematically developed some plans,such as:relocation,integration,restructuring and restructuring to optimize the structure and layout of public hospitals.However,China's general hospital,it's scale and funding amount is large,construction period is long,it's layout and adjustment have a far-reaching impact,must pay a high attention to the feasibility study of the project construction.This paper,trying to take the Zhejiang hospital-Yuhang branch's construction project for example.Firstly,make a detail introduction of three A-level general hospital's concept and construction standards,as well as it's size requirements and resource allocation,According to the conventional 3 armour hospital construction project feasibility study,Combining with the methods and theories of the Zhejiang hospital-Yuhang branch's construction project.And take a number of ways,such as:investment estimation,desk research survey,muti-program comparison,analytic hierarchy process and SWOT analysis[2],etc,which is to make a detail analysis and research of the project's construction[3]background,economy and social Assessment,referencing to the relevant data of the population,health development of the country,Zhejiang Province,Hangzhou,Yuhang District,etc.conducting a emphatically demonstration about the land demands,building scale,investment and financing,risk response,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and Challenges[1],by studying the various factors of the project that affect the economic and social benefits as well as the risk indicators.so as to determine the positioning,strategic objectives and the feasibility of hospital construction projects.
