2011 "Chinese rural poverty alleviation and development program(2011-2020 years)"pointed out that the regional Six Mountains,Qinba Mountain,Wuling mountain area,Wumeng mountains,western Yunnan and Guangxi and Guizhou rocky area,the mountainous border,south of Greater Khingan Range mountain,Yanshan Taihang Mountains,Lvliang mountains,the Dabie Mountains,Luoxiao mountain and other contiguous poor areas and has been clear about the special policy implementation of Tibet and Tibetan areas in four provinces,three prefectures in southern Xinjiang is the main battlefield of poverty alleviation.These areas of infrastructure and social development lags behind,the fragile ecological environment,natural disasters,poverty ratio and high poverty incidence,the per capita disposable income is low,the task of poverty,poverty alleviation,the higher the cost more in the future more difficult.Medical aid for the disadvantaged groups to seek benefits and create social effects,the social benefits of the project,the sustainability of the project,such as higher demand.In the project feasibility study stage,focuses on the social public welfare projects to bring the expected effect is greater than the project investment,through the above research,to prove the rationality and feasibility of the project,is an important research direction of this project.This paper studies the feasibility of CX medical assistance project,and provides better theoretical and practical guidance for the development and operation of the project.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and meaning of the topic,summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,and proposes the main technical route of the thesis.The second chapter is the overview of relevant theories,mainly on the theory of the project,the feasibility of the project related to the theoretical content of a more detailed exposition.The third chapter research needs CX medical aid projects,the first project detailed introduction,from the basic medical and health services,improve the analysis of the specific needs of the project;the fourth chapter is the technical feasibility of CX medical aid projects,elaborated the project specific technical scheme etc..The fifth chapter is the economic analysis and risk analysis of the CX medical reconstruction project.It analyzes the possible economic benefits,possible risks and Countermeasures in the future.Finally,the full text is summarized and prospected.This paper focuses on the reconstruction of medical research project,analyzes the public needs of the project,the technical and economic analysis,provides a reference model and feasibility of construction project as related to public welfare,and has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
