Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of combined used of enhanced external counterpulsation and He Dan capsule on levels of chest pain,cardio-ankle vascular index(CAVI),TCM syndrome scores, thromboelastography(TEG),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),blood lipids and other related indicators of patients with unstable angina whose syndrome was identified as phlegm blocking heart vessel. To explore the clinical effect of combined use of enhanced external counterpulsation and He Dan capsule on patients with unstable angina whose syndrome was identified as phlegm blocking heart vessel,to provide patients with a safe and effective treatment plan, and to promote this treatment plan. Methods:A total of 165 patients with unstable angina whose syndrome was identified as phlegm blocking heart vessel were selected and randomly divided into control group, external counterpulsation group and combined treatment group with 55 cases each. The control group was treated with western medicine;the external counterpulsation group was treated with external counterpulsation based on western medicine;the combined treatment group was treated with He Dan capsule based on the external counterpulsation group for a total of 36 days. The changes of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome scores,CAVI,hs-CRP.TEG index, blood lipids,ALT,AST and CR levels of patients were observed before and after treatment, and related statistical analysis was performed.Result:1.145 cases were completed, including 50 cases in the control group,48 cases in the external counterpulsation group, and 47 cases in the combined treatment group. Before treatment, the three groups of patients were comparable in terms of gender, age, course of the disease, history of hypertension and diabetes,GRACE risk score, degree of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome scores,CAVI,hs-CRP,TEG index, blood lipids. There was no statistical difference in safety indicators(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.After treatment, the total effective rate of the external counterpulsation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the combined treatment group was better than the external counterpulsation group(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the three groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment(P <0.01).The decrease and total effective rate of the external counterpulsation group were better than those of the control group(P <0.05),and the decrease and total effective rate of the combined treatment group were better than those of the external counterpulsation group(P <0.05).4.After treatment, the levels of CAVI and hs-CRP in the three groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P <0.01).The external counterpulsation group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the combined treatment group was superior to the external counterpulsation group.(P <0.05).5.After treatment, the K and R values of the three groups were significantly higher than before treatment, and the MA and Angle values were significantly lower than before treatment(P <0.01).The external counterpulsation group was better than the control group(P <0.01).The combined treatment group was better than the external counterpulsation group(P <0.01).6.After treatment, levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the three groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P <0.01).There was no significant difference between the external counterpulsation group and the control group(P> 0.05),and the combined treatment group was superior to Control group and external counterpulsation group(P <0.05);levels of HDL-C in the three groups increased after treatment, there was no significant difference(P> 0.05),and there was no statistical difference in HDL-Clevels among the three groups after treatment(P> 0.05).7.There were no abnormalities in ALT,AST and Cr levels of the three groups of patients before and after treatment, and there was no significant difference in ALT,AST and Cr levels of the three groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Enhanced external counterpulsation can better improve the clinical symptoms,CAVI,hs-CRP,and TEG index of patients with unstable angina whose syndrome was identified as phlegm blocking heart vessel than western medicine treatment, which indicates that enhanced external counterpulsation can improve patients' coagulation condition, reduce the risk of thrombosis, reduce the level of inflammatory factor, improve arteriosclerosis index and slow the progression of atherosclerosis.2.The combined use of enhanced external counterpulsation and He Dan capsule can further improve the clinical symptoms,CAVI,hs-CRP,and TEG index of patients with unstable angina whose syndrome was identified as phlegm blocking heart vessel, which can improve TC,TG,and LDL-C levels.Combined treatment is more effective than a single treatment, which indicates that the He Dan capsule can regulate blood lipid levels while improving the arteriosclerosis index and reduce the risk of thrombosis.3.Combined used of enhanced external counterpulsation and He Dan capsule has high clinical safety and is worthy of promotion.
