Analysis Of Related Factors Of The Severity Of Anemia In Colorectal Cancer And Clinical Research On The Distribution Of TCM Syndromes

Purpose:To collect and collate the clinical data of patients,analyze the related factors of the severity of colorectal cancer anemia;summarize the four diagnosis data of the study patients,and summarize the common syndrome types of colorectal cancer anemia;and then analyze the correlation of various factors with the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,To provide a basis for the clinical implementation of targeted intervention therapy.Material and method:Cases were selected from the tumor wards of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,January 2018 to March 2019,using retrospective research methods,analysis of factors related to the severity of anemia of colorectal cancer and TCM syndromes and anemia Rank correlation test was used for the correlation of severity.Fisher correlation test was used to explore the correlation between TCM syndromes and various factors.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Age,tumor stage,history of chemotherapy,hypoproteinemia and the severity of colorectal cancer anemia(P<0.05),gender,anatomy,fecal occult blood test and colorectal cancer anemia severity(P>0.05).2.The syndrome of colorectal cancer anemia is more common with deficiency syndrome(61.63%),followed by the combination of deficiency and reality(23.26%),and the least evidence(15.11%).The TCM syndromes of colorectal cancer anemia can be divided into damp heat stasis syndrome,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome and qi and blood deficiency syndrome,of which qi and blood deficiency syndrome are the most common.3.The TCM syndrome type of anemia of colorectal cancer is mainly due to the deficiency of qi and blood deficiency syndrome(P<0.05),mainly to moderate anemia.4.Age,anatomical location and TCM syndrome type are correlated(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.For patients with colorectal cancer with a history of advanced advanced chemotherapy and hypoproteinemia,attention should be paid to the problem of anemia.At the same time,such patients should actively intervene to delay or prevent the occurrence of anemia2.Common TCM syndrome types of anemia of colorectal cancer:damp heat syndrome,syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,deficiency of qi and yin,deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,and deficiency of qi and blood syndrome,of which the deficiency of qi and blood deficiency is the most serious,Mainly moderate anemia.3.For the deficiency syndrome,especially for the elderly patients with deficiency syndrome of qi and blood in the right colon,the method of supplementing qi and nourishing blood should be applied throughout the treatment.
