| In order to further improve the professional ability of the young teachers and students and improve the quality of the training of teachers,the teaching reform of preschool teachers’ normal school is imperative.At present,some children’s painting creation classes in preschool teachers’schools are not offered,or the teaching quantity is obviously insufficient,the teaching method is single,and it cannot be connected with the special teaching at kindergarten level,resulting in the poor teaching ability of preschool teachers.Yancheng preschool teachers college is the only preschool teachers college in Yancheng city.the traditional teaching method of children’s painting creation can no longer meet the current needs.the innovation of children’s painting creation teaching method in Yancheng preschool teachers college is especially prominent.Through the teaching practice of children’s painting creation in Yancheng preschool teachers college,the author actively explores the teaching reform by grasping the characteristics of preschool teachers and the requirements of professional construction,and launches teaching method design with the systematic teaching design of " four-step teaching method".some experiences and achievements have been achieved.the author now writes the following paper:First of all,starting with the investigation of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods,this paper investigates the children’s painting creation of the five-year preschool teachers in Yancheng preschool normal college,and makes a comparative analysis with Yancheng kindergarten’s painting activities.it points out the asymmetry between the children’s painting creation teaching and the kindergarten’s painting education activities in Yancheng preschool normal school,and then sums up the problems existing in the children’s painting creation teaching in preschool normal school.Secondly,taking Yancheng preschool teachers college as an example,this paper expounds how the" four-step teaching method" runs through the whole process of children’s painting creation system training.The basic stage of the early implementation uses the "pre-training method" to strengthen the physical storage,and the integration stage uses the " module training method" to gradually solve the creative key points.the optimization stage uses the " creative training" skillfully,focusing on the implementation content and teaching effect of the "creative training method" and thinking about how to better connect with the skills needed for kindergarten painting education activities.Finally,on the basis of the previous investigation and analysis and teaching practice,summarize and reflect.It is proposed to combine the creation of children’s paintings with the life experiences of preschool teachers and students,and dynamically update the teaching of children’s painting creation under the guidance of educational practice.The teaching practice of "creative training" should be strengthened in children’s painting creation in preschool normal schools.teachers should advocate that the teaching of children’s painting creation in preschool normal schools can really apply what they have learned.the teaching process should be good at linking up with each other.teachers should strengthen teaching innovation.it is pointed out that the compilation of teaching materials for children’s painting creation in preschool normal schools should highlight the characteristics of preschool teachers.It is hoped that through this research,it can provide reference for creative teaching in preschool teachers’ schools and help to solve the current problem of creative teaching of children’s paintings in preschool teachers’ schools. |
