With the rapid development of science and technology,technology and art combine together continuously,and new media art has become a common type in the design and creation process of art.The specialties of new media art were explored and studied by artists and designers,and cross-border cooperation between different disciplines were made in order to create art design works with plentiful diversities.Typical cases with epochal characters were contrastively analyzed by collecting and collating document literature in this paper.The features in the creation and presentation process of art work such as cross-border comprehensiveness,sensual experience and immersive experience were explained and how to realize the cross-border cooperation between different disciplines by using digital media technology was explored at the same time.The features of cross-border comprehensiveness and sensual experience of new media art were illustrated through three chapters in this paper.Dynamic design performances based on graphic language in new media time were researched from the perspective of graphic design in chapter one.The diversified performances of new media art were analyzed from the cross-border and presentation form of diversities in new media art in chapter two.The cooperation ways and development status of technology and art were researched from the perspective of their combination in chapter three by explaining the technical realization and technical improvement of new media art.Meanwhile,the ways to present visual sense applying logical thought and programming were also introduced.The creative practice of graduation project,which took the above research results as creation guidance and method,graphic design language as basis,Suzhou garden as theme,new media art as method and was inspired from Chinese traditional culture,was showed in chapter four.
