Research On The Industrial Layout Of Large Site Protection Areas

Large scale great heritages have great importance,and they are the evidence of history what's more,they features such as rich heritage,abundant historical information,magnificent landscape,vast territory,and mainly soil ruins.With rapid urban construction process,large scale heritage remains are included in the modern urban planning blueprint.The question of how to protect large scale heritage while improve the underdevelopment status of related heritage areas becomes vital.There are paradox and conditions when it comes urban planning and heritage protection.The Han Chang'an City in Xi'an is the largest,most well preserved and most rich culture heritage in China so far,and its value is Chinese history and national affection.This paper analyzes the present situation and existing difficulties of the regional development of the great sites in the province and in the country from the perspective of the theory of new public management,urban construction and continues development theory.And it focuses on the current situation and development dilemma,as well as the importance of government administrative support,planning importance,economic and specialized personnel development of the protection of the special sites of the Han Chang'an City.This paper also offered suggestions and strategic plan for related government organizations,legislations and policy,human resources,funds and planning in the hope of contribute to the large scale protection and urban planning and protection.
