Written by the Northern Wei Dynasty official Jia Sixie,the Qimin Yaoshu is the earliest and most completely preserved of the ancient Chinese agricultural texts,and the earliest and most valuable classic text in the agricultural history of the world.As a practical and technical text,the Qimin Yaoshu mainly records old Chinese agronomy,horticulture,afforestation,sericulture,animal husbandry,veterinary medicine,breeding,brewing,cooking,storage,as well as remedies for barren land,etc.,and serves for production and livelihood.By vernacular,Jia Sixie hoped to let the common people know and thus,the book is worth studying in the field of history of Chinese language.Since then,I choose this book for the purpose of studying Chinese language.Lack of change of form,the Chinese language shows the importance of form words.Since then,I choose to study the conjunction words in the Qimin Yaoshu.Except the introduction and the conclusion,the thesis can be divided into four chapters where Chapter 2 and 3 are the main parts.Chapter 1 will briefly introduce the characteristics of the book,professionality,colloquiality,regioality and conjunction system.Chapter 2 will focus on the use of conjunction words and categorization of them.The conjunction words of the book can be divided into ten types,through the method of exhaustion.Chapter 3 will focus on the timely change of the typical conjunction words in the book.I choose the word qie and make a timely and philological study of it.In addition,I choose the word feizhi and feiwei to study.Chapter 4 will focus on the change of conjuntion words in the book.The chapter compares the Qimin Yaoshu with the Records of the Grand Historian and the Xingshi Yinyuan Zhuan,relatively with the method of the historical,the simultaneous comparison and the comparison with nowadays' use.
