Modern society competition is intense,and in the special national conditions in our country,most of the students in China will experience an examination and two big exam,college entrance examination twice the test results are often linked to the future life choices,its importance is self-evident.Dual factors on families and societies and middle school students' anxiety in the face of the exam,not only influence academic achievement,more will affect their psychological health,improve test anxiety has become urgent needs.Previous research found that emotion and emotion regulation strategies are often inseparable,different emotion regulation strategies can effectively to turn negative emotions into positive emotions,at the same time special age stage of the middle school students psychological physiological mature gradually,in the face of setbacks and stress events,different individuals to bear ability,will have an effect on middle school students' psychological.This study intends to explore the influence of emotion regulation strategy and psychological resilience on the examination anxiety of middle school students from the perspective of emotional regulation strategy.Research in aged between 14 and 20,438 middle school students as the research object,by test anxiety scale,adolescent mental resilience scale and emotion regulation strategy scale,combining the demographic variable to analyze its characteristics and influencing factors,and explore the role of the path between three factors.Research findings:(1)high school students emotion regulation strategies in moderate or above level,on the emotion regulation strategy use,cognitive reappraisal strategy expression suppression strategy significantly higher score,at the same time,achievement,school type,grade parents degree of emotional mediation,strategy in the significant differences of cognitive reappraisal strategy,school types significant differences of expression suppression strategy.(2)the number of high middle school students' anxiety is significantly higher than medium low anxiety and anxiety level,one grade,grade,parents in significant differences in test anxiety,gender,school type,if only there is no significant difference in test anxiety.(3)middle school students showed more than moderate strength in the overall mental resilience,among which the human score was significantly higher than that of the supporting force,and the score of emotional control was the lowest.There were significant differences in the level of psychological resilience among.grade,academic performance,school type and parents' degree,and there was no significant difference in gender.(4)there is a significant positive correlation between emotional regulation strategy and mental resilience,and there is a significant negative correlation between psychological resilience and test anxiety,and-there is a significant negative correlation between test anxiety and emotion regulation strategy.Among them,the cognitive reassessment strategy is significantly negative to predict test anxiety,and the emotional control dimension of mental resilience can be extremely negative to predict test anxiety.(5)the cognitive reassessment strategy has an incomplete mediating effect between emotional control and test anxiety.
