As one of the most popular topics in Chinese art theory research,the concept of freehand brushwork throughout Chinese painting is one of the hottest topics in recent years.The experts and scholars have different opinions and opinions on the freehand brushwork,which is not different from the following aspects: first,it is a painting technique of Chinese painting,which corresponds to the working pen.The second is the freehand brushwork as a kind of Chinese painting style and concept;Thirdly,some scholars believe that the writing means to include the above two points,which is both the sentiment and the law.Fourthly,some scholars believe that the decline of Chinese painting stems from the pursuit and persistence of freehand brushwork.I hope that through some representative traditional Chinese painting works and various dynasties China associated with freehand brushwork in traditional Chinese painting,the painting content,different from the macro and micro perspective to explore the basic connotation of freehand brushwork in traditional Chinese painting with status and significance.I hope that by continuing to freehand brushwork in traditional Chinese philosophy research and contribution to its for Chinese painting to freehand brushwork in traditional Chinese name,so as to hope to freehand brushwork in traditional Chinese philosophy can be better in Chinese painting and art in China.Because of the importance of the concept of freehand,and the diversity of viewpoints,this paper will focus on the basic concept of freehand brushwork and several major problems related to freehand brushwork.In this paper,the first chapter will be based on the analysis of the experts and scholars of different views and research on the problem of the relationship between calligraphy and painting,and carding summed up the basic concept of freehand brushwork in Chinese painting.The second chapter mainly discusses the history of Chinese painting freehand brushwork spirit in rheological,will be part of the representative works of Chinese painting as well as various dynasties China associated with freehand brushwork in traditional Chinese painting,the painting content,different from the macro and micro Angle to explore the development of freehand brushwork spirit appearance.The third chapter discusses the aesthetic characteristics of freehand brushwork in three aspects: image,pen and ink and style through the relevant historical materials in Chinese painting theory.The fourth chapter of the article will be "freehand brushwork or literati painting?" "Writing means' root 'rather than' festival '." These three questions delve deeper into the meaning of freehand brushwork,to better illustrate the meaning of freehand brushwork.In this article,through the development of Chinese painting freehand brushwork spirit and the concept and history of freehand brushwork in traditional Chinese academic value judgment of chaos as the starting point,first clear the concept of freehand brushwork in traditional Chinese painting from the perspective of history;Secondly,it negates the theory that today's academic circles would equate painting with literati painting.In addition,from the perspective of history,painting is the basicof Chinese painting.Finally,it was concluded that "freehand brushwork" was not the real reason for the decline of Chinese painting art.
