In the world "Chinese hot" environment,China is carrying out the work of Chinese teaching and Chinese culture in the world.Up to now,under the impetus of the national Han office / Confucius college,the number of Chinese people learning to use Chinese has reached 100 million people.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the development of Chinese International Education and to cultivate professional Chinese teachers.Based on the investigation in the overseas Confucius College internship Volunteer Chinese teachers,in 2017 Confucius college exchange conference materials,"international Chinese teacher standard(2012 Edition)","international Chinese education full-time graduate students guidance training program"(xueweiban[2007]77),Hanban website and Internet news information based on the part of the interview with Chinese volunteers,the development of the status quo of practice of overseas practice,analyzes its influence on the problem of professional development,and then puts forward development suggestions.This article contains six parts:Introduction includes the research background,research significance,research methods,research ideas and framework,and the design of the questionnaire.Chapter 1 is literature review.Respectively,summarizes the domestic and foreign academic research on the professional development and internship,which focus on the domestic research on professional development and practice of MTCSOL overseas,including research on the current overseas internship,on the development of Chinese international professional education.Then the existing achievements are evaluated and the innovation of this paper is put forward.The second chapter is the status of overseas post internship.Through data analysis and interview method respectively practice Chinese volunteer teachers basic situation,teaching situation,professional quality from overseas post(professional knowledge,professional skills,professional development,professional affection),graduation thesis writing in four aspects of quantitative overseas internship status,and analysis of its characteristics.The third chapter is the influence of overseas post internship on the development of master of Chinese international education.We found the following problems: 1,professional knowledge,there are still loopholes,there are still strange practice;2,professional skills are not skilled,teaching experience is not rich;3,professional development is still not ideal,professional affection still needs to be strengthened;4,intercultural communication is still not smooth,still do not adapt to the cultural environment;5,graduation writing do not pay attention to the material collection is not active.The fourth chapter is suggestions for overseas post internship.It is divided into three stages: pre-,mid-and post-post internships.The suggestions are made by government departments,training schools,internship units and students themselves in four aspects.The concluding remarks includes the research summary,the innovation and the lack of research.
