Research On Group Psychological Counseling To Improve The Emotional Adaptation Of Vocational Freshmen

Emotional adaptability is the ability to control and regulate emotion changes.Individuals can actively adjust the relationship between emotion and environment,and can also arrange some suitable situations based on the characteristics of emotional development,so as to obtain better emotional adaptability.In this study,a self-compiled?Vocational Students' Emotion adaptability Questionnaire?was used to investigate the emotional adaptability of 544 freshmen in Nanjing Engineering Vocational College,to explore the current situation of the freshmen's emotional adaptability.At the same time,with group psychological counseling as an intervention,the higher vocational freshmen who had lower scores of emotional adaptability had a group intervention to investigate the effectiveness of group psychological counseling in improving the emotional adaptability of freshmen in higher vocational college.Conclusion as below:(1)?Vocational Students' Emotion adaptability Questionnaire?has good reliability and validity.(2)Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the scores in the experimental group and the control group.After the intervention,the scores in the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group.The scores in the pre-test experimental group were significantly different from those of the experimental group after the test.There was no significant difference between the scores in the pre-test control group and the control group after the test.Research indicates group psychological counseling can effectively improve the emotional adaptability of higher vocational freshmen.
