There are many metaphor words that concluding animal morphemes in contemporary Chinese language,most of them contain the metaphorical meaning of non-linear combinations,which makes them difficult to acquire and use for foreign students.Such as the double syllable "Hulang""Niuma",three syllable "Xiaomian Hu""Bianse Long" and so on.How many such words in modern Chinese?What's the lows of their combinations and formations?What kind of teaching strategies and methods should be adopted to teach and explain them in a more proper way in teaching Chinese as a foreign language?Based on this,this article choose the metaphor words that concluding animal morphemes as the research object,and count all objects from the Contemporary Chinese Dictionary(sixth Edition)and make sure the amounts of such words.Also,we will combine the textbooks and corpora to figure out the errors that the foreign students often made by using such words.Finally the author will put forward some rational suggestions on teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The whole article will be divided into six parts.The introduction part makes an overall description of the research purpose and value,research contents and methods,and research status.The first chapter is about the theoretical studies.Based on the counted research objects,the article discuss the formation motivation and classification of animal metaphorical words,which were both served for the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.The second chapter is a comparative analysis of English and Chinese animal metaphors from the perspective of intercultural.In this chapter,four groups of animal morphemes who has the biggest ability to form words were selected,then start the comparison between English and Chinese languages to find out the similarities and differences.Based on this the author predict the errors may made by foreign students.The third chapter is about the statistics and analysis of the animal metaphor output of foreign students.Based on the corpus,this chapter collects the overall output of animal metaphor words in the corpus,classifies and analyzes cases the errors,and summarizes the causes of the errors.The fourth chapter is about the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.This chapter unfolded by three aspects:teaching strategies,teaching methods and teaching design.According to the errors we delicate to put forward specific and rational suggestions,which applied to the teaching design.The author expect it would be helpful for the actual teaching.The conclusion part the author summarize and review all the chapters,and reflect the shortcomings,as well as prospect the future research.
