Gratitude and prosocial behavior are both the research fields of positive psychology,and are also the research hotspots of psychologists at home and abroad.In this study,a cluster sampling method was used to select 600 subjects from a vocational college in Nanjing.A total of 558 valid subjects were obtained.A survey was conducted among vocational college students by using the Trait Sex Gratitude Questionnaire and Prosocial Tendency Scale.Based on the above statistical analysis data,the subjects of educational intervention were selected and divided into two groups with no difference in scores,30 subjects in each group were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group for group counseling.Through empirical research,the following results are obtained:(1)Higher vocational students trait gratitude questionnaire is divided into 4.14 standard deviation of 0.698.The trait gratitude questionnaire is a six-point scale with a score higher than the average.The prosocial behavior questionnaire is divided into 3.59,the standard deviation is 0.691,and the prosocial questionnaire has five points,and the scores of higher vocational students are also in the upper middle level.The gratitude level and prosocial behavior tendency of higher vocational students are higher than the average level.(2)Higher vocational students with higher gratitude score also have higher pro-social behavior scores.Higher gratitude vocational students show more pro-social behavior than lower gratitude vocational students.Trait gratitude has a significant predictive effect on prosocial behavior tendency,and the explanation rate of trait gratitude to prosocial variation is 48.3%.(3)There is no difference in trait gratitude among different grades of Higher Vocational students.There is no significant difference in the score of trait gratitude among the higher vocational students of different grades,but there are significant differences in gratitude intensity and gratitude persistence(p<0.05).Further comparisons show that the gratitude intensity of freshmen and sophomores is greater than that of freshmen and sophomores,but in the dimension of gratitude continuity,the gratitude intensity of freshmen and sophomores is greater than that of freshmen and sophomores.(4)There are differences in the characteristics of gratitude and affection among vocational college students of different majors.Higher vocational liberal arts students have higher traits of gratitude than higher vocational science students.Higher vocational students of different majors have significant differences in trait gratitude,gratitude sensitivity and gratitude intensity(p<0.05),and liberal arts students score higher than science students.(5)There are significant differences in gratitude scores between men and women(P<0.05),and there are significant differences in the total score of special gratitude and its three dimensions:gratitude sensitivity,gratitude intensity and gratitude persistence,and the scores of girls are higher than those of boys.(6)After eight times of gratitude group psychological counseling intervention,under the condition of guaranteeing the homogeneity of the subjects,the gratitude score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the pre-test and post-test of the experimental group was significant(p<0.05),and the difference between the pre-test and post-test of the control group was not significant.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The gratitude level and prosocial behavior tendency of higher vocational college students are on the upper middle level;(2)There is a significant positive correlation between gratitude and prosocial behavior of Higher Vocational College students.(3)Higher Vocational College Students'gratitude has a significant predictive effect on prosocial behavior.(4)The gratitude group counseling of higher vocational college students has significant intervention effect on gratitude and prosocial behavior.
