At the end of 2016,National Health and Family Planning Commission,the Central Propaganda Department and other 22 departments jointly issued on the strengthening of the mental health service guidance,which clearly pointed out that rapidly develop various types of mental health services,strengthen the mental health services of key population,establish and improve the service system of mental health.Under the background,the level of gratitude,it is extremely important for a physical and mental health people that the level of gratitude,and whether it can show more prosocial behavior.Therefore,improving gratitude consciousness of students in senior high school and improving their prosocial behavior,which have great significance for students of senior high school to promote education of mental health,achieve cognitive development,enhance emotional experience,improve psychological quality,and promote the development of mental health.So the paper was divided into two study.The one regarded Adolescent Gratitude Scale(AGS),Prosocial Tendencies Measure(PTM)and Self-reporting Inventory(SCL-90)as tools,and 380 students in The Second Senior High School in Xinxian of Henan Province were conducted questionnaire survey by using these tools to explore the relationship between gratitude,prosocial behavior and mental health of students in senior high school.The other divided students who were from two classes of Senior Grade Two in The Second Senior High School in Xinxian into experimental class and control class,and regarded them as research object,with 30 students in each class.Verifying whether the intervention of prosocial behavior improve level of prosocial behavior of students' in senior high school by six times of prosocial behavior group counseling intervention,meanwhile,promoting the development of mental health.The main results of the study as follow:(1)The overall situation of students' gratitude in senior high school is in the middle level.Among them,the grade to expression and return on the benefits of others highest is highest.(2)In general,there aren't significant difference among students' gratitude in senior high school gratitude in the aspects of gender,only child,left behind,family location and grade.However,there are significant differences in gender about the expression and return of social favors in the dimensions of gratitude.There are significant differences in the perception and experience of natural favors.There are significant differences in the expression and return of the benefits of others,and the score of the senior grade two is lower than the senior grade three.There are significant differences in the expression and return of social benefits in different grades,and the score of the senior grade one is lower than the senior grade two and three.(3)The prosocial behavior of students in senior high school students is in the middle level.Among the types of prosocial behavior of students in high school,altruistic prosocial behavior is the most reported the rest are urgent,emotional,compliance,anonymous and open.There aren't significant difference between students' prosocial behavior in senior high school in gender,only child,class cadre and left behind.There is significant differences in prosocial behavior of students' homeplace in senior high school.In the dimensions of prosocial behavior,there are significant differences between altruism and compliance whether left behind children in senior high school.There are significant difference in the location of students' family in senior high school with anonymous,compliance and emotion.There are significant differences between altruistic and emergency in different grades of senior high school.(4)Students in senior high school have mild mental health problems,and obsessive-compulsive disorder and interpersonal problems are more prominent.There are significant differences in the mental health level of students in senior high school in gender,left behind,family location and grade.There aren't significant difference in the level of mental health of students in senior high school in the only child and the class cadre.(5)There are significant correlation among gratitude,prosocial behavior and mental health in senior high school.There are significant positive correlation between students' gratitude and prosocial behavior in senior high school.There are significant positive correlation between prosocial behavior and mental health of students in senior high school.There are significant positive correlation between gratitude and mental health of students in senior high school.(6)Students' prosocial behavior in senior high school plays a partial mediating role between gratitude and mental health.(7)It is feasible to improve the prosocial behavior of students in senior high school by means of intervention of prosocial behavior and mole of group counseling.(8)The prosocial behaviors of students in senior high school students have been improved by means of intervention,and there is significant correlation between prosocial behavior and mental health of students in senior high school,which also improve the development of students' mental health in senior high school.
