Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Basic Music Education Management In Qufu City, Shandong Province

Music education management is an important part of music education and a powerful guarantee for the efficient operation of music education system.Problems exist in current situation of basic music teaching including inadequate rate of having lessons,shortage of music teachers and lack of scientific music education evaluation system etc.,which are deficiencies in management of music education indeed.In the process of basic music education,how to improve music education management ability,solve the problems in music education,and ensure the healthy development of music education is a subject worthy of in-depth research and discussion.Starting from basic education,this paper examines and explores the reasons affecting the quality of basic education from the perspective of management.Based on the investigation of the current situation of basic music education management in Qufu,Shandong Province,this paper analyzes the existing problems and their causes.Besides,some feasible and reasonable suggestions are put forward for the development of basic music education in Qufu.This paper is divided into five parts: the introduction part of this paper expounds the reason for topic selection,research status,research significance and research methods.Chapter one is a theoretical overview,which,one one hand,introduces the relevant basic theories and defines the research scope of this topic;on the other hand,introduces administrative management system and construction of policies and codes in the field of music education in China.Chapter two is the investigation of current situation of basic music education management in Qufu,Shandong province,data analysis,and major problems existing in music education management,namely,music education management system is not perfect,the leaders pay insufficient attention to music education,construction management level of music teacher teams needs to be improved,personnel management quality of music education management is not high,and there is no scientific and reasonable evaluation and appraisal system.Chapter three is countermeasures proposed by the author for these problems,namely,change education ideas and raise management consciousness;improve music education management system and clarify the functions,powers and tasks of managers at all levels;strengthen the quality and ability of music education managers;improve the incentive and restraint systems.In the conclusion part,this study is summarized,and the current situation of music teaching needs to be improved.For the current problems,management should be strengthened to ensure the healthy development of music education.
