Paper by myself in Beijing dance academy undergraduate,graduate student learning experience,Laban the trinity college of music and dance dance science graduate student learning experience as the backing,apply the finishing of the literature of related personnel training,to two schools dance science teachers and the students surveyed,analysis of the two schools training target,put forward as a dance science students,researchers should have the corresponding knowledge structure and smart structures.And from the UK and China dance scientific review of the current situation of the development of education,the two countries through to the direction of the two schools dance science undergraduate and graduate level teaching recruitment selection,training goal,main course,the organization forms,teaching environment,auditing method and graduates after the flow to the lateral and longitudinal comparison found that the Beijing dance academy dance dance science undergraduate level tend to be more students into dance training target and theory of comprehensive talent and more attention to students' learning in dance practice and has its own characteristics of traditional Chinese medical courses,but the teaching organization form is given priority to with collective teaching main easy to overlook group,single teaching,The teaching method is still dominated by teachers' teaching method,which tends to neglect the cultivation and guidance of students' self-learning ability.Graduate level school more pay attention to the cultivation of student's scientific research and application ability,tutor for the students one on one training plan formulation,alone with one to one teaching organization form is given priority to,but easy to overlook the differences between mentor students and dance science undergraduates and related colleges and universities,the correlation between major courses in addition to training students' academic research ability and comprehensive ability of undergraduate should have certain theoretical knowledge to deepen and widen the basis of the theory lesson,the research methods,such as dance specialized courses students scientific direction.In the longitudinal comparison,it is found that the relationship between undergraduate students and graduate students is lack of certain advanced connection.At the undergraduate level of dance science in Laban sany,the dance science education of the two schools pays more attention to the attention of students as dance scientists to general dance and fitness crowd.The courses they set are closer to science courses but do not have optional courses.In the postgraduate stage,Laban trinity pays more attention to training students as specialized dance scientists.Although in the longitudinal comparison,the training objectives of undergraduate and graduate students are obviously different and of low order,but too much specialized graduate education is not conducive to the comprehensive cultivation of students.Therefore,based on the advantages and disadvantages of dance teaching in the above two schools,the author tries to put forward effective ways of "progressive" and "circular" dance scientific talent cultivation,in order to provide reference for the construction of dance scientific education and teaching model in China and contribute to the development of dance scientific education in China.
