The Baojuan originated from Buddhist customs and it was an important folk literature in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Its language has a very vivid oral color,which reflects the language characteristics of the time to some extent.This paper is based on the collation and analysis of Jiexiu Baojuan.The research content mainly includes the following two aspects:first,after collecting and collating the four documents,the corpus is established on the basis of word segmentation analysis.Second,a special study on the vocabulary of the engraved Jiexiu Baojuan.It includes two special topics of square colloquial words and inverse preface words of the same element,and respectively examines the features of the engraved Jiexiu Baojuan on the meaning and form of words.This paper is divided into three chapters: The first chapter describes the lexical features of Shanxi Jiexiu Baojuan.Combining with the religious vocabulary,folk sayings and idioms used in Jiexiu Baojuan,this paper summarizes the professional and oral characteristics of the selected language materials.The second chapter examines the Dialect colloquial words in the engraved Jiexiu Baojuan.We study their semantic content,word-formation and neologism and new meaning respectively,and give explanations to the special words in them.From the perspective of semantic content,it is mainly divided into word classes such as title class,name class,action class,and trait class.From the structural point of view,the compound dialect word is the main word formation method,and the number of overlap and add-on is small,and the proportion of the two is roughly equal.The third chapter focuses on the characteristics of the vocabulary of the Baojuan.In the third chapter,we analyze the ordered words with the same element.Through the diachronic and synchronic comparisons,the paper analyzes their retention in modern Chinese and compare them with the same period book Travels of the Lao Can.And points out the flexible features on the language of Shanxi Jiexiu Baojuan.It also reflects the fact that some Chinese words have not been finalized in the process of disyllablization.
