Research On The Provision Of Rural Public Cultural Services By Social Organizations

With the sustained and rapid development of the economy,the demand for public culture of rural citizens is growing rapidly,and increasingly individualized and diversified.However,the supply of public cultural services has some problems,such as insufficient total quantity,unbalanced supply structure,unbalanced supply and demand structure and so on.Social organizations are an important force in social governance and can make up for the shortcomings of the government and the market to a certain extent.Compared with the market and the government,social organizations have obvious advantages in public services,can better meet the diverse needs of the society,promote the overall supply quality and efficiency of public cultural services,and improve the inadequacy of service supply.And unequal.This paper comprehensively studies the relevant theoretical research,combined with the actual case of Q Village in Nanjing,first analyzes the feasibility and necessity of social organizations participating in the supply of rural public cultural services.Then proceeding from the actual situation of Nanjing,combining with the typical case of social organizations participating in rural public cultural services,this paper analyzes the status quo of social organizations participating in rural public cultural services.Then it discusses the dilemma faced by social organizations in the process of participating in rural public cultural services,and analyzes the dilemma of social organizations,such as insufficient supply of resources,non-standard internal governance,and insufficient disclosure of organizational information.Finally,through drawing lessons from and summing up the mature and excellent experience at home and abroad,this paper compares and analyzes the development mode of two typical cases in Q Village,and puts forward some exploratory countermeasures and suggestions.This article thinks that we should strengthen our efforts from three aspects:social organization,government and social level.As for social organizations,they should actively improve their internal structure,enhance their social image and strengthen their independence;the government should straighten out the relationship between government and society,provide a complete development platform for optimizing the development and perfection of the policy system of social organizations;they should also promote by creating a social atmosphere and improving the social supervision mechanism.The construction of a harmonious society with the spirit of volunteering.
