High school students are at an important stage in their life choices.They are about to enter the university and face to choose the university major.For high school students,choosing a university major is largely a matter of choosing a future career.Whether you can choose a profession that suits you is related to the future career.While they are in the career exploration period,the goals of further studies and employment have not yet been clarified.In the face of increasingly diverse major settings and increasingly fierce employment trends,it is difficult for them to make choices.The career planning of high school students not only affects the choice of liberal arts and sciences and the filling of college entrance examination volunteers,but also affects their future professional identity,career decision-making,job satisfaction and life happiness.Therefore,the high school stage,as the golden age of youth development,is the key to developing career planning education.Carrying out career planning in high school is of great significance to middle school students.Although many studies at home and abroad have confirmed that professional decision-making self-efficacy is related to parenting style and emotional intelligence,most of them use college students as research objects,while little research study high school students' professional decision-making self-efficacy,emotional intelligence and parenting styles.Therefore,this research will take high school students as the research object,exploring the relationship between this three research variables and the function of emotional intelligence.This study is based on 622 students from high school in Shandong Province,using s-EMBU,EIS and MDMSE to investigate and analyze,and process the data results.The results show:(1)Professional decision-making self-efficacy has significant differences in grades,birth places and class cadres;emotional intelligence exists a significant difference in class cadres.Parental parenting styles have differences in gender,whether they are only child and parental education;(2)There is a significant correlation between parenting style,emotional intelligence and professional decision-making self-efficacy;(3)Emotional intelligence plays a partial intermediary effect between parenting style and professional decision-making self-efficacy.Conclusions:(1)The overall situation of high school students' emotional intelligence and professional decision-making self-efficacy is good;(2)Parental parenting style affects the professional decision-making self-efficacy of high school students,and positive parenting style will help to improve the professional decision-making level of children and negative ones will hinder;(3)Emotional intelligence affects the professional decision-making self-efficacy of high school students,and students with high levels of emotional intelligence have high professional decision-making self-efficacy.(4)Active parenting styles can help promote the development of high school students' emotional intelligence,and thus improve their professional decision-making level.
