Research On Issues Related To Nanjing's Important Industrial Heritage

Industrial heritage is the product of the evolution of a city in the process of industrial development.It is the spiritual power of a city's development and an immeasurable cultural resource.As an ancient capital of the Six Dynasties,Nanjing has a long history and profound cultural accumulation,leaving a large number of cultural heritage.At the same time,Nanjing is one of the earliest cities in China's modern and modern industrial development.Especially since the Republic of China,Nanjing has become the capital of the Republic of China,and industry has developed rapidly,which has led to the rapid development of Nanjing's economy.With the development of the times and the socio-economic development,these industries have mostly been abandoned or re-developed for various reasons,and these industries have become a very valuable industrial heritage.Nanjing has rich industrial heritage resources.There are 11 selected items in Nanjing in the first batch of national industrial heritage protection lists,which has become an important industrial heritage in Nanjing.Since Nanjing was once the capital of the republic of China,the author studied the eight industrial heritages of Nanjing during the republic of China,discussed the related problems of Nanjing's important industrial heritages,and analyzed the history,value analysis,and function orientation of Nanjing's important industrial heritages.Taking the development and utilization of the typical industrial heritage at home and abroad as an example,it is used as a reference model for the development and utilization of important industrial heritage in Nanjing in the future.Through investigation and reference,the author finds that the protection and utilization of the eight industrial heritages in Nanjing are not optimistic,and the reasons for this are remote geographical location,such as the Central Radio Station of the Nationalist Government;Or destroyed due to urban construction,such as Hutchison;Or because of poor development planning,it is quite deserted,such as the Nanjing Shimonoseki train ferry.In short,the important industrial heritage of Nanjing records the development of the city and the national industry.It bears the advanced technologies of the past.It is a solidified industrial note and a civilized memory of the city.The importance of Nanjing's important industrial heritage is self-evident.We should pay more attention to the protection and utilization of industrial heritage.This paper focuses on improving laws and regulations,actively conducting surveys of industrial heritage,combining industrial heritage protection and development with urban modernization,and increasing publicity and implementation of industrial heritage protection.The countermeasures for the protection and utilization of important industrial heritage in Nanjing are put forward in such aspects as the salvage protection of industrial heritage and the introduction of the market mechanism for the protection and development of industrial heritage.
