Translation Practice Report Of "Saratov City To 2030 Socio-economic Development Strategy"

One Belt and One Road initiative was initiated by president Xi Jinping in Nazarbayev university Kazakhstan between September and October 2014 when he was visiting the University and the Southeast Asian countries,aiming to promote the economic cooperation and development alone the Belt and Road countries and regions.So knowing the strategy of the economic development of relevant countries has a deep meaning for our country to have effective cooperation with these countries.The Saratov Municipal Government's Social and Economic Development Strategy to 2030(hereinafter referred to as the "Strategy"),published by the Russian Federation,has a detailed analysis about the situation of Saratov city from physic geography,cultural environment and historic circumstances.The Strategy obtains some characters like plainness,accuracy and conciseness of the government document text.In this report firstly analyzes the characters of the source text,then comes to the addition and omission strategy translation,conversion strategy and division and combination strategy of translation and finally make a summary of this translation practice report.I hope that this report can provide some help for the translation study along this kind of text in the future.
