Since the establishment of piano grading test in Chengdu,it has achieved sustained and good development under the organization of the Musicians Association of Sichuan,the Sichuan Music and Dance Institute and the Sichuan Conservatory of Music and the joint efforts of many front-line teachers of piano education.The number of people taking the grading test has been on the rise year by year.Especially in recent years,the number of people taking the grading test has increased rapidly and steadily.The piano grading test has attracted extensive attention from parents,candidates and piano teachers in Chengdu.Therefore,the number of units joining the piano grading test has gradually increased in Chengdu,including domestic grading test and even the foreign grading test.The piano grading craze has led to a dramatic increase in the number of teachers engaged in grading training,and piano grading training institutions have also mushroomed.However,the reasonable and effective standards for piano grading test in Chengdu have not been established in time,and there are no rules for grading training.Although grading training has been gradually standardized in the past 20 years,there are still the following problems:Firstly,the textbooks for grading test used by the existing grading institutions are different,the difficulty level of the grading test is uneven,and the grading rules are unclear.Secondly,a large number of institutions and teachers of varying professional levels have engaged in grading test training,which has resulted in the huge difference in the training quality.Thirdly,due to the pursuit of maximization of the passing rate among the training institutions and teachers,the piano grading teaching blindly pursues the results and blind comparison.These factors go against the purpose and intention of piano grading to some extent,which has put teachers,students and parents in a difficult position.Improving the overall piano level of students,standardizing the piano grading teaching,selecting reasonable textbooks and looking for more scientific teaching models have become urgent problems to be solved in the piano grading test market in Chengdu.In response to these problems,this thesis is divided into three parts.Part I concluded the deficiencies in piano grading test in Chengdu by investigating the development of piano grading test in Chengdu and analyzing and comparing the grading details.Part II explained in detail the relationship between piano music and technology and put forward suggestions on improving piano teaching and textbooks for piano grading.Finally,it is hoped that the understanding of the textbooks,the mastery of the macro situation of the grading test in Chengdu and the opinions and suggestions put forward in this study can provide some reference for piano grading improvement in Chengdu.
