Tang-Ga,also known as Tang-Ga,refers to religious scroll paintings mounted with colored satin and suspended for worship.Tang-Ga is a unique painting art form in Tibetan culture.It's subject matter covers Tibetan history,politics,culture and social life.Most of Tang-Ga handed down from generation to generation are works of Tibetan Buddhism and this religion.Tang-Ga,as the most complex Meticulous Brushwork in the world,is the first Tibetan traditional handicraft painting form to be listed on the list of intangible cultural heritage in China.Tang-Ga of Tibet Autonomous Region was selected as China's national intangible cultural heritage in the form of folk art in 2006.The certificate number of intangible cultural heritage is V-14.As one of the 232 intangible cultural heritage protection projects in Tibet Autonomous Region,Tang-Ga is under the dual protection of the intangible cultural heritage of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Implementing the intangible cultural heritage of the People's Republic of China in Tibet Autonomous Region.Tang-Ga is a unique painting art form in Tibetan culture.It has distinct national characteristics,strong religious color and unique artistic style.Tang-Ga has bright color,unique and complex drawing technology.Tang-Ga painters have been able to draw and complete a Tang-Ga painting with pious attitude,tenacious endurance and long-term perseverance over the years.The unique craftproduction,long-term historical inheritance and outstanding Tibetan drawing technology make Tang-Ga known as a treasure of Chinese national painting art,and it involves politics,economy,and economy.Religion,social life,customs and other creative sources in various fields make it an encyclopedia of the Tibetan people,and also a valuable intangible cultural heritage in Chinese folk art.After the Tang-Ga of Tibet Autonomous Region was selected into the list of intangible cultural heritage,it has been paid more attention and it's protection has been more reasonable and perfect.Tang-Ga is protected as intangible cultural heritage,but only a relatively small part of Tang-Ga's creation,and more importantly,other aspects of Tang-Ga's protection,such as inheritance and intellectual property rights.However,the protection of Tang-Ga,especially in Tibet Autonomous Region,focuses on the protection of intellectual property rights of works and authors,or directly on the protection of intellectual property laws in China.There are a series of prominent problems,which are relatively deficient or even basically blank,mainly reflected in the following aspects: first,there is no pertinence for protection;second,there is no protection;The universality;the particularity of no protection;the shorter time limit of protection;the fewer inheritors of development and prone to faults;the lack of legal awareness of intellectual property protection;and the lack of sufficient brand and scale effects.Based on the above points,this paper briefly introduces the Tibet Autonomous Region on the basis of on-the-spot investigation and visits to Han-Tibet Tang-Ga painters and theoretical teaching experts.It also points out the status quo,development mode,advantages and problems of the development of Tang-Ga within the Tibet Autonomous Region,and hopes to take the two cities of Lhasa City,Rigaze City,Tibet Autonomous Region as examples.For example,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions on the sound and sustainable development of Tang-Ga in Tibet Autonomous Region from the aspects of laws,regulations and practical operation,and strives to make contributions to the development of Tang-Ga in Tibet Autonomous Region so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Tang-Ga in Tibet Autonomous Region.
