The ideological origin of anti-utopian novels is the sense of crisis and anxiety of human existence in modern society. From the early 20 th century to the present,a large number of excellent anti-utopian novels have emerged. The United Kingdom is one of the creative highlands, with classic works such as "Brave New World","1984",Lord of the Flies","A Clockwork Orange" and "Standing on Zanzibar Island".Serious critical consciousness together constructs the spirit of anti-utopian novels. The rise of British anti-utopian novels is not a break with traditional utopian novels. There is a close connection between the two,and there is mutual penetration in the creative techniques and background settings.British anti-utopian novels adhere to the narrative tradition of British utopian literature and inherit the writing technique of utopian novels to construct an imaginary world. In the contemporary era, more researchers and artists are trying to use the concept of space to interpret utopia and dystopia, from studying how to construct a society that exists in imagination,to exploring the various relationships in this imaginary society, and then to space research on real society. This article refers to this research idea, uses contemporary space theory as a tool, and takes three British dystopian novels "Brave New World","1984" and "Lord of the Flies" as the main research objects. In three classic texts,I tried to explore their own unique dystopian space construction methods, and the space narrative techniques they showed together. And then to explain the significance and enlightenment of the space interpretation of dystopian novels to modern society.
