Research On Chinese Cultural Activities In The Confucius Institute At The University Of Ljubljana In Slovenia

With the establishment of the Confucius Institute worldwide,Slovenia also established the first Confucius Institute in Ljubljana in 2010.Since its establishment,the Confucius Institute at the University of Ljubljana has provided a variety of Chinese courses with business characteristics,and has also organized a variety of Chinese cultural activities.This article summarizes and organizes cultural events organized by the Confucius Institute at the University of Ljubljana since its establishment.It details three representative cases of cultural events,using Laswell's "5W" communication theory and intercultural communication as the theory.Basically,this paper surveyed students studying Chinese at the Confucius Institute of University of Ljubljana,conducted questionnaire surveys and interviews with Chinese language volunteer teachers,head teachers,and directors,and finally analyzed the features and disadvantages of organization of cultural activities,and gave some feasible suggestions for the deficiencies.The full text mainly includes six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the reason and significance of the topic selection,research overview and research content.The second part is a study of the Confucius Institute at the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia,which organizes and analyzes large-scale cultural events that have been held since its establishment.The third part analyzes these activities from the aspects of cultural event organizers,participants,content,channels and effects.The fourth part further explores the successes and shortcomings of these activities.The fifth part puts forward suggestions for deficiencies based on questionnaires and interview results.The sixth part is the conclusion and the shortcomings of research.
