| A Dream of the Red Mansions,known as the "Encyclopedia" of the Chinese Feudal society.From different perspective,it has always been the object of people’s reading,appreciation,explanation and analysis.It is one of the brightest stars in the sky of Chinese culture.Experts in lin-guistics,literature and other fields have been studying the various trans-lations of this book,including its grammar,syntax and other aspects.The Uyghur translation of A Dream of the Red Mansions has been studied for a long time.Most of these studies did comparative study from the perspective of grammar,such as structure and semantics,but not from the perspective of a specific theory.Based on Nida’s theory of Dynamic equivalence and Kohler’s theory of Equivalent relation,This paper will make a contrastive analysis and research on the language translation features of ten main characters in A Dream of Red Mansions,and will try to briefly summarize what charac-teristics the role language in A Dream of the Red Mansions has when it is translated into Uyghur and whether these characteristics are consistent with the original text;What is the difference between the classication of traditional role language theory and the modern role language theory of the characters in A Dream of the Red Mansions.This article consisted of five parts.The first part is preface,which mainly discuss the purpose and significance of the topic,state of current research and the methods used in this article.The second part is a brief summary of the research of A Dream of Red Mansions,including the translation and the Role language.The third part is the classification of role language in A Dream of the Red Mansions including traditional calssification and the modern classification.The fourth part is a study of the role language translation of A Dream of the Red Mansions,Nida’s theory of Dynamic equivalence and Kohler’s theory of Equivalent rela-tion will be used in this part.The last part is conclusion.Hope this paper will provide reference for making some supplement to improve the quali-ty of comparison between the Chinese and Uyghur translation. |
