Research On The Uyghur Translation Of "The Regulations On Disciplinary Actions Of The Communist Party Of China"

The regulations on disciplinary measures of the Communist Party of China(hereinafter referred to as the regulations)is an important educational material for the party to promote the construction of a clean government and ideological and political education,which is formulated in accordance with the articles of association of the Communist Party of China.Its designated purpose is to improve the party's ranks,pool the party's strength,promote the party's construction,and maintain the seriousness of the party constitution and other party regulations.The 2015 edition of the regulations has made a comprehensive revision of the 2003 edition of the regulations,and has carried out the spirit of the eighteen third and fourth plenary session of the eighteen Central Committee on the basis of the party's long experience in Party discipline construction.It embodies the achievements of the party's strengthening the advanced nature of the party since the last eighteen years,and marks the construction of the party's legislation has reached a new stage.With the development of China's legal society,laws and regulations play an important role in the development of today's society.Therefore,the translation of legal documents has become the main content and direction of many scholars' research.This paper will continue to explore the Uygur translation of legal texts on the basis of previous research.First of all,this paper studies the characteristics of Chinese legal provisions,pointing out that the content of legal language research includes legal terminology and general words,general words include fuzzy words,four character case,classical Chinese words and modal verbs,and syntactic content includes fixed format,turning sentence and clause sentence.Guided by the translation theory,this paper discusses the translation methods of legal texts,namely literal translation and free translation.On this basis,it specifically discusses the translation techniques such as addition and subtraction.Through the discussion,we believe that these translation methods and techniques play a very good auxiliary role in the translation of legal textsThis paper studies the Uyghur translation of Chinese legal texts.Under the guidance of the principles of accuracy,purpose and faithfulness,the translation of Uyghur grammatical texts corresponding to the characteristics of Chinese legal texts should be combined to reflect the purpose of legal texts translation,be faithful to Chinese legal texts,and ensure the coherence of context,so as to achieve the goal of legal texts Only with the purpose of translation can Uyghur grammar texts with the same efficiency be translated.Through the Uyghur translation of Chinese legal texts,it is found that the principle of accuracy,the principle of purpose and the principle of faithfulness have a good explanatory power to the translation of laws and regulations,and the translation of laws and regulations is based on the principle of "literal translation first,free translation second".Through the study of this paper,we can broaden the research field of translation theory,provide guidance for the translation of regulatory texts,and provide some reference for the future translation practice and teaching outline.
