Research On The Song Tomb Of Tieguai, Nanling, Anhui

A large number of well-preserved funerary artifacts were unearthed in the tombs with relatively narrow space of the Song Dynasty,which was found in Tieguai Village,Nanling County,Wuhu City,Anhui Province,in 2014.And these funerary artifacts are a collection of more precious archaeological materials.In terms of Tieguai Tomb,this thesis is mainly about space,material culture reflected by the funerary artifacts and the status of the tomb's owner.Through the analysis of their production methods,materials,artistic features and cultural implications and the discussion on the source and gender characteristics of funerary artifacts,this paper illustrates the material and cultural richness contained in the tombs in Tieguai Village,Nanling County.Tieguai Tomb is a combination of funeral manners,which is officially advocated in Song Dynasty,and a spirit of life that people shared at the time.
