Problem behavior exists widely in the group of adolescents. In order to promote the healthy development of adolescents,it is necessary to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of problem behavior. The physiology-sociology-psychology theory holds that the physiology and psychology of human beings are closely related to each other and interact with the social environment. With the deepening of the research, the existing research has begun to focus on the physiological and psychological factors of problem behavior and their interaction with the environment. However, relevant studies are still lacking, and the existing research results are not consistent.Based on the ecosystem theory and multi-vagus theory, this study explores the mechanism of family emotional disclosure influencing problem behaviors of adolescents. Our research selected 125 adolescents from Gansu and Hebei province, including 70 boys and 55 girls and the average age was 13.95(SD=0.95).We choose " Family Expressiveness Questionnaire ","the Children's Emotion Management Scale " and " Achenbach's child Behavior Checklist " to investigate subjects of family emotion, emotion management, and adolescent problem behaviors; The physiological polyconductor was used to record the vagus nerve activity level of the subjects under the task of watching resting videos and discussing parent-child conflict stress. The role of adolescents' emotional management ability and vagus nerve activity in the relationship between family emotional expression and adolescents' problem behavior was systematically explored from multiple perspectives of society, physiology and psychology. The results show that :(1)family positive emotional disclosure can predict adolescents' externalized problem behaviors;Family negative emotional disclosure can significantly predict adolescents' internal and external problem behaviors.(2)Family positive emotional disclosure affects adolescents' externalized problem behaviors completely through emotional management ability(anger/anxiety regulation ability);part of family negative emotional disclosure affects adolescents' externalized problem behaviors through emotional management ability(anger/anxiety regulation ability).(3)In the family emotion-angry regulation ability-teenagers externalizing problem behaviors pathway, reactive RSA(respiratory sinus arrhythmia,RSA)plays regulating role between the family negative emotion and angry regulation ability. When the reactive RSA is high, family negative emotional disclosure can significantly negatively predict adolescent anger regulation ability.
