Research On Psychological Verbs In "Zuo Zhuan"

Verb is one of the most important parts of speech in Chinese,and its internal classification is not only numerous but also complex.As an atypical member in the category of verbs,psychological verbs are in the transition zone from typical action verbs to typical adjectives,that is,nature adjectives.Zuo Zhuan is China's first narrative detailed chronicle history book,it is not only a great historical work,but also a valuable document to study ancient Chinese,the value of Chinese history is self-evident.This document is very rich in vocabulary,its content involves all aspects of history and culture,language is close to spoken language,is a valuable corpus to study ancient Chinese.Therefore,based on psychology,this paper takes 164 psychological verbs in Zuo Zhuan as the research object,takes semantic field theory as the basic theory,and adopts the methods of combining semantic and grammatical research,quantitative and qualitative analysis to advance psychological verbs from semantic and grammatical aspects.To explore the characteristics of psychological verbs.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the main part is divided into three chapters.The introduction part mainly expounds the reasons,research status,research theory and research methods of this paper,and the necessary explanation of the corpus used.The first chapter is about the semantic study of psychological verbs in Zuo Zhuan.This chapter is divided into two sections.The first section is the semantic study of monosyllabic psychological verbs in Zuo Zhuan,and the second section is the semantic study of two-syllable psychological verbs in Zuo Zhuan.These two sections are divided into three categories: emotion,will and cognition based on the psychological process of people,and then the psychological verbs are further subdivided into subcategories by using semantic field theory.The second chapter is about the grammar study of psychological verbs in Zuo Zhuan.This chapter is divided into three sections,the first two sections are "Zuo Zhuan" monosyllabic psychological verb grammatical function research and "Zuo Zhuan" two-syllable psychological verb grammatical function research.The third section focuses on the combination function of psychological verbs and other words when they are used as predicates in Zuo Zhuan.The third chapter discusses the characteristics of psychological verbs in Zuo Zhuan and their semantic causes.This chapter discusses the semantic structure,semantic evolution and grammatical features of psychological verbs in Zuo Zhuan.Itmainly clarifies the semantic features,combined component features,sentence structure features,finds its semantic evolution characteristics and grammatical characteristics,and tries to discuss the reasons for its semantic evolution from both internal and external reasons.The conclusion part is a summary of the content of this paper,and points out the shortcomings of this paper and the future research prospects.
