On The Appeasement Of The Current US Government's Policy Towards Japan

In the field of international relations,the appeasement policy refers to the connivance of the aggression of the Nazi German aggression by Chamberlain in the 1930s.In 1938,the British and Mexican conspiracies pushed the appeasement policy to the top.Policy bankruptcy and the outbreak of World War II paved the way.From a historical point of view,the policy contains more derogatory meanings.This paper attempts to pick out the meaning of appeasement from the appeasement policy,and analyzes the present performance,reason and influence of the current policy of the US government on the Japanese government,which constitutes the main content of the paper.For the appeasement policy and the definition of appeasement,there are many foreign scholars believe that the policy of appeasement is only a foreign policy,no good or bad,to a certain extent,the appeasement and compromise confused.This paper mainly associates the appeasement with the bad influence of the appeasement policy,and points out the essential difference between appeasement and compromise,and points out that appeasement is the connotation of tolerance for the danger.If a country's policy is obviously appeased,it means that the implementation of the policy also has a greater risk.The current appeasement of US policy toward Japan is mainly manifested in the United States' indulgence of Japanese politics.The Japanese right-wing forces have developed a series of conservative policies,such as in the view of history,in the right position of self-orientation,and in the dispute with other countries continue to put a tough stance.The current US government is not only failing to stop the development of the political right-winging of the Abe government,but rather to tolerate Japan's right-wing forces and to allow the development of Japanese political right-leaning,as follows:held on the issue of war history in Japan the "vague" position,to help Japan to the political and military powers,to support Japan in the East China Sea and the South China Sea on the tough stance.And explore the US government policy on Japan with the appeasement behind,we can find the following reasons:firstly,the historical relationship between the United States and Japan is closer;secondly,the reality that the United States is trying to make Japan an important helper in its Asia-Pacific strategy;finally,the United States believes that the appeasement policy is beneficial to the US national interests and harmless,and American self-confidence to control Japan's subjective considerations.I used the combination of history and reality research methods,through the history of appeasement diplomacy practice,as well as the current US policy of the Japanese appeasement of the performance and reasons for analysis.It is concluded that the current policy of Japan and the appeasement policy before World War ? have high similarity in the four aspects of the implementation of the subject,object,way and purpose of the policy.The current US policy toward Japan has had a negative impact on the development of the trilateral relationship between China,the United States and Japan,and has seriously hindered the political and economic development of the Asia-Pacific region.The United States should take history as a mirror,guard against Japan's political right-leaning and the resurgence of militarism,making rational strategic decisions.
