| As a developing country in nuclear energy,Nuclear safety lay a solid foundation for nuclear energy development while a complete nuclear safety supervision system improves the protection of nuclear energy efficiency.through the analysis and comparison of nuclear safety legal system and supervision system in different countries,this report summarize its advantages and disadvantages from the United States,France,Japan and the United Kingdom.Besides,this report also study the potential issue within nuclear safety regulation system in China,which including the dependency between nuclear supervision and management institute and other government departments;the backwardness of regulatory standards system for nuclear facilities;the incomplete and non-transparent nuclear information system and the lack of international communication.In the last part,the report will put forward corresponding suggestions.According to the use of nuclear energy practices in China,come up with some suggestions,such as ensure the independence of nuclear safety regulators,Improve the regulatory standards system for nuclear facilities,Complete the Nuclear safety information disclosure system,strengthen the public participation system and increase international cooperation. |
