Research On Cooperation Between Government, Enterprises And Non-profit Organizations In Environmental Governance

With the rapid development of economy,China's environmental problems are becoming increasingly serious.It has become an important factor restricting social and economic development,and has become one of the most prominent social problems in china.However,due to the complexity and diversity of environmental problems,our country can not completely solve the environmental problems in our country due to the limitations of technology,personnel and other aspects.Under such a background,it is an inevitable choice for the government,enterprises and non-profit organizations to cooperate and participate in environmental governance,and to maximize environmental benefits through cooperative governance.As far as domestic research is concerned,most scholars have studied it at the level of cooperation,governance and the cooperation mechanism of environmental governance.Study on the effective management of the government on how to achieve the cooperation between government and non-profit organizations to achieve the environment less,mostly or of the government,enterprises and non-profit organizations such as a single entity,or in the traditional management system of multi subject cooperation.Thus,in the future research,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to further strengthen the analysis of the three mechanisms of cooperation among governments,enterprises and non-profit organizations in environmental governance.Based on the "environmental governance of government,enterprises and non-profit organizations cooperation mechanism with the theme of" research,management of Dianchi in Yunnan province Kunming city governance of government,enterprises and non-profit organizations(short for GEN)as an example,learn from the experience of relevant theory and practice at home and abroad,the research contents in the basis of other scholars,combined with the public management of the prevailing academic failure theory,trust theory,participatory three kinds of governance theory,analyzing the current contradictions and problems in environmental governance,and analyzes its reason,pointed out that the cooperation between the government,enterprises and non-profit organizations in environmental governance theory and practice foundation,author discusses the interaction between the three,analysis of the government,enterprises and non profit organization environmental protection main modes of cooperation,and try to establish the new model,carried out on three party cooperation mechanism exploration and research.This paper through the literature review,comparative analysis and other methods of several existing Dianchi governance in different modes of cooperation are analyzed,pointed out that the main reason for restricting government cooperation,enterprises and non-profit organizations of the three focus on the cooperative governance system is relatively scarce,between the main governance action coordination,lack of participation in social governance in the case of Dianchi;combination of governance,this paper puts forward some suggestions:perfect conducive to the realization of the three party cooperation policies and regulations;supervision mechanism set up constraint governance,strengthen governance capacity building,improve the supporting environment,cooperative governance through joint efforts of government,enterprises and non-profit organizations in three aspects governance,environmental protection and good governance.
