The deepening of globalization has changed the contrast between forces in various countries and accelerated the rise of Great Powers.Under the background of international law,the existing privilege of the Great Powers of international law and the distribution of the privileges of the existing Great Powers have been questioned from many parties. At the same time,it is also very important to demonstrate the rationality and necessity of the existence of Great Powers. The necessity and rationality of the existence of the privilege of the Great Powers should not be separated from the discussion and analysis of the principle of sovereign equality. Is the sovereign equality between States already in the form of equality,or is there a fundamental challenge to the sovereign equality of the state in the form of equality?Under the guidance of these questions, from the point of view of the conflict between the powers of the Great Powers and the principle of equality of sovereignty, the author analyzes the essential causes of the conflict and finds the coordination method to crack the conflict. At the same time as a emerging countries in the wave of international law,how China will learn to balance international law and domestic law, which is the final chapter in this paper combined with China's actual analysis of China's attitude and China's position. The first chapter mainly introduces the contradiction between the sovereign principle of the state, the privilege of the Great Powers and the conflict, and makes a horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the relevant concepts, which leads to the conflict between the theme of the great power and the principle of sovereign equality. The second chapter analyzes the causes of the conflict from the three aspects of power characteristics, historical factors and realistic situation, and systematically expounded the reasons for the conflict between the two.On the basis of the previous text, the third chapter analyzes the coordination mechanism of the conflict. This paper used the historical proof of research methods, which the use of emerging powers to play a weakening of the powers of the practice of coordination of conflict resolution methods; From the internal factors,in the minimum equality of sovereignty to play a dominant position;from external factors,in the existing international law to establish non-state actors intervention mechanism, from the perspective of third-party supervision of the conflict; Finally, the reunification of the powers of the Great Powers, and the power of the Great Powers within the power of the Great Powers. The fourth chapter, combined with China's national practice and the historical evolution and development of China's national sovereignty, puts forward and reaffirms China's new view of national sovereignty in the era of globalization, and finally demonstrates the above-mentioned Chinese attitude with Chinese state practice with Chinese stand. In the era of globalization, the surface of the national sovereignty seems to have been greatly weakened. In essence, the concept of national sovereignty is still enhanced. The great power of the Great Powers as a special era under the historical arrangements,on the one hand is the form of equality of state sovereignty and effective protection,on the other hand with the realization of national sovereignty forms a conflict. However,it is the key to the question of how to achieve the coordination of privilege and sovereign equality in the context of Great Powers in the present era.China's dual status as a developing country and a major emerging power shall not be able to survive in such a conflict. Therefore,it is particularly important to show that China's attitude and firm China's position in the new historical background.
