Career management is an important part of modern human resource management.It not only provides employment references for employees,but also reduces the waste of national talent resources,which has great significance for society and individuals.The number of participating in the national civil service examination increased year by year,the post competition pressure,selected graduates as an important part of the civil service,is a good choice for those who want to participate in the national civil service examination of college students,a good occupation career planning,not only can reduce the College Students' employment pressure,can also promote the steady development of transferring graduate team,to promote social harmony has played an important role.In this regard,the research progress of related research at home and abroad selected graduates are analyzed,gives the concept of selected graduates,namely in the undergraduate and above,excellent in character and learning graduates to work at the grassroots level.In this paper,through the analysis of the occupation career planning management,transferring and achievements,on the basic concept of the selected graduates occupation career for the depth of the analysis,In addition,the occupation career management in S city of Shaanxi province were selected graduates as the research object,for the current status of selected graduates understand the interview and questionnaire,and found that the S city selected graduates occupation career management exist some problems,including the importance of selected graduates occupation career management problems,transferring student occupation career management training system is not perfect,lack of incentive,which leads to the deficiency of the motive force of the development of selected graduates of selected graduates occupation personal goals and organizational goals between.At the same time,the reason for the study of the occupation career management in S City,the problems of selected graduates are also explored.The reasons can be attributed to the aspects of management mechanism,administrative culture and individual subjective reasons.Therefore,this study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of the occupation career management of selected graduates,from the management philosophy,management system and mechanism,selected graduates self management ability and other aspects to enhance the level of selected graduates occupation career management.In summary,selected graduates of this group has distinct features,for example,must be members of selected graduates;grassroots cadres in the special environment,undertake major responsibility for the huge effect to promote the improvement of basic construction in our country so it is very meaningful to research the career management of selected graduates.
