The eighteen Party Congress stressed the need to further deepen the reform of the cadre and personnel system,the construction of a high-quality ruling team,also stressed the need to improve the cadre assessment mechanism,promoting cadres to establish a correct view of achievements." General secretary Xi Jinping also stressed that "investigation and identification of cadres,Kung Fu should be in peacetime." As an important way to study the performance of the daily work of civil servants,civil annual assessment,pay attention to have both ability and political integrity to Germany first,objectively,the classification principle,but the application of the actual assessment process and the assessment result is deficient,thus continuously improving the way the civil service examination management,has a very important practical significance.According to the annual assessment,domestic and foreign scholars carried out a lot of research,the development of the new situation and new tasks in the current society,the cadre management methods and team building are constantly changing,has far-reaching significance to further study civil annual assessment.This paper is divided into four chapters,the introduction part introduces the research background,motivation and purpose,research status at home and abroad and research methods.The first chapter mainly discusses the relevant theories and concepts of the annual assessment of civil servants,analyzes the meaning of the current annual assessment system of civil servants,as well as the related concept theory.The second chapter is mainly based on the Gansu Provincial Commission annual assessment of the actual work,the use of pre survey results,the current annual assessment methods are analyzed,and the test result and the level of analysis,put forward the necessity of changing the mode of the annual assessment.The third chapter is based on the evaluation of the questionnaire,and puts forward the problems existing in the annual assessment of the civil servants of Gansu labor and Social Security Commission,and analyzes the causes and difficulties.The fourth chapter mainly puts forward the Countermeasures for the annual assessment of civil servants,and puts forward some suggestions for its application.Through this research,analyzes the shortcomings of the Gansu Provincial Commission of civil servants in the annual evaluation,analysis of the causes of the Gansu Provincial Commission civil annual assessment of the problems,and combined with the investigation to tease out the suggestions for improvement,to further enhance the Gansu Provincial Commission of civil servants cadres has certain reference significance.
