As the healthy Chinese strategy has been gradually implemented,the concept of universal health care has grown to be more popular.Most of the people have actually enjoyed the benefits of basic health insurance.But under the big wave of universal health care,there is a very special group of inmates who have not yet been included in medicare.In shaanxi province since 2015 for inmates of the basic medical insurance policy,and hope that through the implementation of the policy,ensure the health of the prisoners' rights and interests.In this paper,the author follow inmates in shaanxi research group medical security system construction,through field visits,questionnaire and case interview,collecting policy implementation of all primary sources.First,by sorting through the research experience,we summarize the implementation of a medical insurance policy in shaanxi province;Using a questionnaire to quantify the quantitative analysis,and using the case interviews to do qualitative analysis,to supplement each other,to summarize the implementation of the policy;Secondly,to further explore the effect of the policy through experience summary and problem analysis;In the end,it is a matter of the future,of the future,of the policy,to conclude the whole thing.This is a full analysis of the basic health insurance policies of the Chinese people in shaanxi province,and it reviews the policies that have been carried out,analyzing the problems and the causes of the policy,and it has a targeted approach to the solution,which is designed to help shaanxi as soon as possible to improve the health insurance policy of the people,and to give the country the experience to advance the life of the prison staff.
