Research On Intellectual Property Protection Of Northeast Old Industrial Base From The Perspective Of Optimizing Business Environment

At the present stage,the economic growth in Northeast China has declined,and the overall revitalization of Northeast China is facing a series of problems and challenges.For this reason,China has formulated an important strategic move to promote the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China,and the optimization of business environment has been placed at the core position.The business environment is productivity,and strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights is of great importance to the optimization of the business environment.Therefore,in order to optimize the market,the rule of law environment and to improve the convenience of the business,this paper analyzes the current situation of intellectual property protection at home and abroad,and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the intellectual property protection of the northeast old industrial base.The paper comprehensively uses the knowledge of Intellectual Property Law,statistics and other disciplines,and uses comparative analysis methods,logical deductive methods and literature research methods to analyze the related problems about the business environment and intellectual property.The decline in economic growth in the Northeast China is a concrete manifestation of the poor business environment.Based on the fact of many colleges and universities and strong scientific and technological strength,the old industrial base in Northeast China can vigorously develop the knowledge economy,strengthen the protection on intellectual property rights,encourage innovation,establish and improve the regional coordination mechanism,and continuously promote the construction of open market environment and fair and equitable legal system,which will fundamentally optimize the business environment in Northeast China.Firstly,the paper takes the business environment as a unique perspective and discusses that since the economy in Northeast China has experienced a serious downward trend in recent years and the economic development environment needs to be improved,it can play a role in strengthening the competitiveness of the Northeast strengthening the competitiveness of the Northeast economy and achieving economy and achieving full revitalization to improve the optimization of business environment by enhancing theprotection of intellectual property.Secondly,this paper conducts a theoretical analysis of the relationship between the business environment and intellectual property protection,and emphasizes that the business environment is in fact the environment of the rule of law,and that strengthening the legal protection of intellectual property rights is conducive to optimizing the business environment.Thirdly,this article presents an analysis of the current status of intellectual property protection in the United States,the European Union,and India,from which we can see that these countries attach great importance to the protection of intellectual property and promoting the market liberalization in economic development.Protection of intellectual property rights has played an important role in optimizing its own development environment and promoting the transformation and upgrading of economic development methods.At the same time,through the analysis of the status quo of the intellectual property development in Northeastern China,it points out the problems existing in the protection intellectual property in Northeastern China.Finally,it proposes that in order to achieve better and faster rejuvenation in the Northeast and to meet the development requirements of the knowledge economy,it recommends to start from enhancing the protection of intellectual property rights,strictly abiding by the principles of equal protection and comprehensive protection,gradually improving the legal system of intellectual property protection,and strengthening administrative protection and judicial protection,which is a permanent solution to optimize the business environment and promote the construction of the rule of law environment.
