Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Volunteer Service Mobilization In Taizhou City

In recent years,with the profound change of social structure,the "unit people"has gradually transitioned to "social people" and "community people"?the community has taken on more and more public management functions,and has increasingly become a support point for society.In recent years,with the profound changes in the social structure,the "unit person" has gradually transitioned to"social person" and "community person",and the community has taken on more and more public management functions,becoming more and more support points for life,gathering points for social members and meeting points of contradiction.It is also a concrete manifestation of social forces.Since the founding of the first national community voluntary service association in 1989,community voluntary service has gradually developed.However,in the course of practical work and survey,the author found that one of the most important constraints to the development of volunteerism is that the mobilization of volunteerism is not in place and the overall participation rate is not sufficient.Therefore,taking it as the main research direction,I hope that the paper can provide some reference and auxiliary value for the unit and the government in the relevant issues,and make a contribution to the volunteer service in TaiZhou,and also hope to find some experience for the development of volunteer service in other cities.This study conducts research through theoretical study,questionnaire and individual interview.First,fully understand the status and characteristics of the mobilization work of volunteer service in TaiZhou,second,from the analysis of mobilization environment,mobilization subject,mobilization object,mobilization mode,it is found that the environment atmosphere of community voluntary service mobilization is insufficient,the multi-agent coordination mobilization mechanism is not perfect,the mobilization object audience is not wide,the mobilization mode administrative tendency is serious,and analysis of the existing reasons.Finally,based on the experience of other countries and regions,combined with case analysis and the actual situation of volunteer service in TaiZhou city,the author puts forward four ways to improve the mobilization of voluntary service in order to form an effective model of community voluntary service mobilization.
