Research On The Safety Management Issues And Countermeasures Of The Young Pioneers' Activities

The Young Pioneers is the mass organization of children that founded and led by the Party,and it aims to improve ideology and morality of primary school students and cultivate their innovative spirit and practical ability through organizing and carrying out various activities in various forms.Additionally,it's the most direct and effective way for children to achieve self-education and management.As one front-line instructor of Young Pioneers,the author found that almost all of the Young Pioneers' activities have been confined to the campus,so the problem of weakening and reducing has been very serious,and the education effect has gradually become formalistic and more difficult to penetrate into students' hearts.Even in the young pioneers' activities that have been carried out on campus or out of campus,there are also many problems,such as serious formalization and many hidden dangers.For the young pioneers' activities as an important way of moral education in our country,the position needs to be strengthened and improved urgently.The activities should not be reduced due to students' issues and academic pressure of young pioneers,but the management be reinforced in young pioneers activities,to ensure that the design is reasonable,that safety preparedness are scientific and perfect,that the security are properly arranged,and that experience summary draws attentions.Therefore,the author selected the safety management issues of Young Pioneers activities as the topic to study,in order to solve the problem that the Young Pioneers' activities are formalistic from the perspective of management,and provide humble strength to the moral education of our primary school students.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and life education theory,the author makes uses of methods like literature,interview and questionnaire research to make research and exploration on the problems and countermeasures of the safety management of the young pioneers' activity.The author compiles the Questionnaire(student questionnaire)on the focus of safety of young pioneers' activities.The students in grade three to grade six in four primary schools in Haizhou district of Fuxin city in Liaoning Province were selected as the research object.The investigation started from five dimensions(the overall safety,food hygiene safety,personal safety,traffic safety,fire safety).And the author used SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis,trying to find the problems and reasons.Through questionnaires and interviews,three main problems were found in management of young pioneers' activity: lack of preparation before activities,weakening of safety issues during activities,lack of reflection and improvement after activities.Based on this,the author proposes following management countermeasures and suggestions in combination with interviews in this paper :Before,within and after Young Pioneers activities Establish the safety management system and protective system for schools' Young Pioneers before conducting Young Pioneers activities;improve students' safety awareness and precaution awareness of Young Pioneers of the students;The methods for providing safety education of Young Pioneers activities should be flexible;Enrich the content of safety education and create a good atmosphere of safety education culture;Teachers and parents need to deepen their communication and cooperation in safety;Strengthen the team construction of safety education teachers of Young Pioneers activities and set up small security officer team of Young Pioneers.While conducting Young Pioneers activities,set corresponding targets for the safety education of Young Pioneers activities as per different ages,so as to prevent students from being dispersed from their safety awareness in their activities;Teachers participate in the Young Pioneers activities and divide students into several groups.Managers and teachers are familiar with related procedures of handling safety incident.Evaluate and summarize them well and timely feedback safety issues that existed after conducted Young Pioneers activities.
