Research On The Construction Of Smart Communities In Small And Medium-sized Cities

With the advent of the Internet Age,the construction of intelligent city came into being.With the continuous development and innovation of Internet of things,cloud computing,e-government and other Internet technologies,the construction of intelligent city has become more and more prosperous.As the most important component of the city,the community is not only the basic place of the residents' life,but also the fundamental guarantee of the normal operation of the city.As a result,the community as a living,urban construction,public service of the carrier,such as how to make people better within the community life is our constant pursuit of goals,is of great significance to the research community construction.As the cells of the intelligent city,the construction and development of the intelligent community in recent years has become a hot topic of the national economy and the people's livelihood.The intelligent community can be understood as combining network service,intelligent service,community service,real estate service and value-added service into a brand-new entity to realize the intelligent area,the intelligent community is no longer the place where the residents live,but also the comfortable living place of the residents.This article takes the introduction as the breakthrough point,based on a large number of domestic and foreign intelligent cities as well as the construction document of the intelligent community,starting from the current situation of the development of the intelligent community in China and abroad,draws lessons from their excellent experience and sums up their shortcomings,According to the concept of "people-oriented" construction idea of intelligent community,this paper uses literature research method,comparative analysis method and investigation and research method to carry out the research.Firstly,the current situation of the community in Gaizhou City is being analyzed,and it turns out that the imperfect infrastructure,poor technology and improper staff allocation could be found in the community construction to point out the inevitability,feasibility and importance of the establishment of the intelligent community in Gaizhou.Secondly,from the aspects of e-government,medical treatment,domestic service,entertainment and logistics,the scheme of intelligent community construction in Gaizhou City is established,thirdly some suggestions on community construction in medium and small cities are put forward.The construction of the intelligent community will bring the community residents brand-new environment,life style and a smart life,which will benefit people with intelligence,convenience,efficiency and optimization.However,the research object of this paper is Gaizhou City,because of the local environment,differences on conditions and customs,it has some limitation,other small and medium-sized cities in the construction of intelligent communities,we should combine their own actual situation,referring to the experience of the construction of the wisdom community of Gaizhou City,to establish the wisdom of their own local characteristics of the community.
