Research On Police Interrogation Power

This article is on the right of the police are interrogating research,the author selected the well-worn subject is due to the recent years on the police law enforcement behavior aroused the concern of the influence on some of the cases and animated Lei Yang case for example.Of administrative law,criminal procedure law and the police enforce the law so as to have made a modification,such as police law to modify the draft have been promulgated and solicit opinions from the society,this is I choose the right of the police are interrogating large research background,the direct cause,has strong practical significance.Due to the police the right to scrutiny in all kinds of problems in the process,to the right of the police are interrogating nature,connotation and theory carding and comparison are made on the mechanism research,especially with other countries or regions the police are interrogating right concept and its practice,is especially important.The author in this article mainly studies the following questions.The first is the theoretical basis of combing research interrogating system design.The author thinks that in the current academic literature,less research on the theoretical basis of interrogating system,there has been a research literature is mostly a single field of vision of research disciplines background,lack of multi-disciplinary perspective to examine quarantine system and its running situation.Therefore,this paper USES public safety,public management,social control,criminology,security management and so on multi-disciplinary theory field of vision,look at to explore the basic theory of interrogating right system.Second,using problem oriented method,analyzes the problems existing in the current police are interrogating system and its operation and its causes.
