Research On The Experience Of The Communist Party Of China In Responding To Emergencies In The New Era

At present,the world situation changing so much,every day in our country's economic and social development are in a very important period of strategic opportunities,prospects are very bright,but the subsequent challenge is also very difficult.In the face of these international and domestic economic,political,social and cultural aspects of unexpected challenges and tests,and the nature of the communist party of China as the country's ruling party,can solve the problem of complex,resist the ability of various risks,directly relates to the swift and even the survival of the party.Therefore,it is necessary for the new period of the communist party of China to deal with emergencies history review and summarize the experience and lessons,in order to enhance the party's ability to respond to emergencies,improve its ruling capability and consolidate the ruling position.This paper is divided into four chapters:the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the social background,purpose and significance of the research.After a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign studies,the research methods and innovations of this paper are introduced.The second chapter is an overview of the emergency theory.This paper mainly introduces the internal meaning and overall characteristics of emergencies,and classifies and describes the categories of emergencies.In addition,the theoretical basis of the CPC's successful response to emergencies in the new era and the importance of the CPC's response to emergencies are expounded respectively.The third chapter is the comparison and analysis of the CPC's response to emergencies since the reform and opening up.Five types of emergencies were selected.Through comparison and analysis,we can find out the good methods and shortcomings of dealing with emergencies.The fourth chapter is a summary of the experience and inspiration of the CPC in dealing with emergencies.Through the third chapter in the new era since the communist party of China to deal with emergencies of comparison and evaluation,summed up the communist party of China were summarized the mutual basic experience and deal with all kinds of emergencies,according to different types of emergencies by the unique experience.The main inspirations are as follows:first,the ability to deal with emergencies is regarded as an important aspect of the construction of governing power.Second,we should take the opportunity of emergencies to strengthen people's ideological and moral construction and promote the Chinese spirit.Third,we should give full play to the advantages of the socialist system and actively respond to emergencies.Fourth,the communist party of China should strengthen the rule of law and standardize the rule of law in handling emergencies.This paper centered on marxism guiding ideology,adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts,on the basis of the social history and rigorous theory,analyze the type of all kinds of emergencies,sum up experience and shortage,explore the law of development,the theory instruction practice,through practice testing theory of authenticity,objectivity,continue to push forward the theory and practice of the communist party of China to deal with emergencies to develop.
