Study On The Willingness Of Long-term Care For The Disabled Elderly

At present,the aging of the population in our country is further aggravated,and the situation of aging population facing us is becoming increasingly severe.The increase in the number of disabled elderly is an inevitable trend in the process of population aging.The group of disabled elderly and the long-term care issues they face are receiving more and more attention.Studying the willingness of long-term caregivers for disabled elderly people is of great significance for meeting the long-term care needs of disabled elderly,improving the national health policy,and implementing the healthy China strategy.Based on this,this article through the literature research method and the quantitative research method,summarizes the basic state and characteristics of the current disability elderly in China,and then summarizes the current status and differences of long-term caregivers' choice of disability in China,and the disability The quantitative analysis of the influencing factors of the long-term caregivers' intention to choose for the elderly;thirdly,analyze the problems of disability elderly people choosing long-term care,and summarize the causes of these problems.Finally,starting from the long-term care choices of disabled elderly people,we propose countermeasures for the long-term care problems faced by disabled seniors.The study found that:(1)From the basic condition and characteristics of disability old people,there are more disabled women than disability men;there are more spouses than spouses;more rural than urban areas;most suffer from chronic diseases and health conditions.Poor;Economic conditions are common and the gap between rich and poor is serious.(2)From the perspective of the willingness of long-term care for elderly people with disabilities,the willingness of the disabled elderly to care for long-term care is: child care,multiple care,spouse care,and government care.(3)From the perspective of differences in long-term caregivers' choice of willingness of disabled elders,there is a certain difference in the willingness of long-term care choice among disability elderly people of different ages,genders,urban and rural areas,different levels of disability,different health conditions,and different economic conditions.(4)From the perspective of factors affecting the willingness of long-term caregivers for disabled elderly,the disability elderly's education level,satisfaction with current life,major sources of living,distribution in urban and rural areas,disability level and other factors will lead to the long-term care of disabled elderly people.The choice will affect.(5)From the point of view of the problems and causes of long-term care for disabled elderly people,various long-term care problems have their own problems.The reasons for these problems include various types of long-term care practices and lack of effective integration.The cohesion mechanism;the demand for long-term care services for the disabled elderly cannot be effectively met;the long-term care service system has not yet been established,lack of overall planning for long-term care,and limited legal protection.By studying the long-term caregivers' willingness to accept disability elderly people,in order to better meet the long-term care needs of disabled elders,it is recommended that measures be taken to improve long-term care top-level design,improve family care policy support,and improve long-term care for disabled seniors.
