Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Home Care Service Supply In Xi'an Community

Since the beginning of the new century,Chinese society has officially entered the aging society.At the same time,the whole nation is gradually forming the concept of the aging society,and gradually enhancing their awareness of preparation for the old age.According to the survey,the current community home endowment is still the most common form of basic pension in our country,but along with our country family structure toward miniaturization,portable and traditional family endowment function gradually weakened and even completely unable to afford.So how to make the old people living in the community for a long time to become the important support of endowment service becomes a realistic and urgent task.Under the implementation of social welfare socialization policy,after years of exploration,community home care service in various regions of China has created many management models and achieved good social benefits.Based on the methods of interview and induction,the purpose of this article is through the field investigation of field research of Xi'an community home endowment service from the supply of the subject,supply mode,content supplied,the object of supply and the effect of supply,carries on the analysis,combining the theory of the supply and demand,to the community home endowment service supply the analysis of existing problems,find out the solution,for home endowment service of decision-making to provide reasonable,scientific and sustainable basis.Research conclusions are as follows: at present,xi 'an community home endowment service is still in its infancy,on the premise of endowment service supply diversification of development,the government should stick to the leading position,clarify the responsibility,through policy,financial support,coordination of other supply main body,set up a professional community endowment service,develop endowment volunteer service organizations,expand the elderly social participation,promote pension service industry healthy and rapid development.
