Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Analysis And Prediction Of Police Situation In Police Stations In Our Country

The occurrence,development and change of policing alert have both internal and external factors.The occurrence of interpersonal relationship and the lack of regulation mechanism are the core conditions for the occurrence of policing alert,and the analysis and prediction of policing alert is based on various factors affecting the two factors.Based on the analysis of seasonal weather,geographical space,cultural and psychological factors,the impact of interpersonal relationships and regulatory mechanisms in different ranges and degrees,through qualitative and quantitative analysis,can better grasp the essence of policing alert and development law,and provide basic conditions for prediction.By means of correlation rules that have been found to predict better part of alarm occurs,and to provide guidance for prevention and control.The overall analysis and prediction of the policing alert can first assess and monitor the state of public security and law enforcement.First,it finds the deviation and anomaly existing in law enforcement,and weakens the side effect of performance appraisal mechanism;two,it monitors the development trend of public security in different areas and adopts measures to suit local conditions.Secondly,we can reasonably allocate and dynamically deploy limited police resources.On the one hand,the analysis can help to realize the balanced distribution of Regional Police Force under the bureaucracy system,that is,to put more police force in areas with more police.On the other hand,by forecasting the fluctuation law of policing alert,the dynamic flow of police force can be realized,that is,more police force will be put in the period of rising policing alert.In the policing alert,individual analysis and prediction have the functions of finding the behavior rule,predicting the behavior trend,and regulating the individual behavior.Individual prediction leads to the transfer of privacy from absolute right to relative right,which is objectively disclosed,but the right person does not know the right of privacy disclosure subjectively.At the same time,the tag effect in prediction also affects civil liberties and overall development.Therefore,we should deal with the relationship between analysis and prediction and the protection of citizens' rights and interests.On the one hand,the analysis of the forecast of great crime may,in preparation for a crime or not collect enough real evidence of the crime situation,whether it can be found on a pre emptive strike,analysis and prediction of evidence such as how to identify problems,in need of legal provisions.On the other hand,we should avoid the analysis and prediction of excessive expansion and interfere with individual privacy and freedom of citizens,avoid inducing individual potential crime,holding the citizen privacy handle,shifting the risk of criminal victimization,and maintaining the balance between police governance and human rights protection.
